friendly staff great selection parking space many stairs much furniture lumpy pillows
I found the staff really friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a great selection. I really liked that there was plenty of parking space.
The hotel had too many stairs, it caused problems for me. My room was like it was full of too much furniture, it felt cramped. I found the pillows old and lumpy.

wonderful experience
helpful staff great pool tasty food
the staff greeted me warmly and remained helpful throughout my stay I found everyone to be courteous the hotel offered excellent facilities including a great indoor pool the food choices were tasty and plentiful I enjoyed the evening entertainment especially the quiz night it was very engaging my room was meticulously cleaned and the amenities were refreshed daily with tea coffee and biscuits
i noticed the television in my room was a bit small and set at an angle , made viewing slightly awkward

the room was clean. i appreciated the staff, they were consistently lovely. the breakfast selection had a good range of choices! we went to the pool once and enjoyed it.

wonderful staff and excellent service
cute staff crisp linen ventilated room daily stocking
the staff were smiley and cute i found them very well informed regarding local amenities. the hotel was immaculate with crisp bed linen. there were enough pillows and the room was well ventilated. daily stocking of essentials.
the hotel is older and some decor reflects this especially regarding the bedrooms i found it a slight inconvenience.

the staff were very helpful and friendly . the breakfast buffet had excellent choices and the food was fresh. my room included tea and coffee making facilities which i found convenient. the hotel's location near the bus stop made getting around easy.
the room decor seemed a little dated.

Excellent Staff and Convenient Location

The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. One receptionist even bought us a cake for our daughter's birthday. This really helped. The entertainment at night was nice and relaxing. I appreciated the easy overnight parking (it was a big plus!).
I found the floorboards above our room quite creaky.

The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. They were always available to assist. The breakfast offered a wide selection. I found the cleanliness perfect throughout the hotel, including the rooms and common areas. I enjoyed the pool and its relaxing atmosphere.
